GPA was established in 1969 by Dr. Talal Amin AlGhazzawi, the current Chairman of GPA. Subsequently, Dr. Belal T. AlGhazzawi and Mr. Hussam T. AlGhazzawi joined as partners and elevated the Association into an internationally recognized full-fledged law firm.

Real Estate

Incorporated in 1398, (1978), the company oversees, develops and manages the real estate owned by the Group besides participating in other contracting and manufacturing activities through its affiliates. SIGMAC owns numerous residential and commercial properties located in Saudi Arabia at prime locations. The Company had invested heavily in developing different real estate properties worth over SR 6 Billion in different parts of the Kingdom.

Operations & Maintenance

For the last 15 years, SIGMAC has been engaged into providing Operations and Maintenance services in Industrial, Construction and Metro Railway segments.

Food & Beverages

AlGhazzawi Group was granted the exclusive franchising rights to develop and operate Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company. In fact, Joffrey’s catalyzed the growth of specialized coffee and tea business in the Kingdom and paved the way for the entry of several other international brands in the region. AlGhazzawi Group are the master franchisors for the entire Middle East and African Region.

Industrial

A 100% Saudi enterprise established in 1982. In a span of 25 years, SIP has established growth and leadership in quality, innovation, services and sales. Keeping pace with the technological development worldwide, SIP has developed its own uPVC and cPVC Piping system. It adapted the latest technology in the manufacture of PVC pipes and ﬁttings that is speciﬁcally suited to the requirement at minimal cost with excellent quality.

Telecommunication Sector

Belal Co. Ltd. in partnership with Nokia Solutions and Networks (NSN) Holdings Singapore, established NSN Al-Saudia Ltd., to provide telecommunication services to the local main telecom service providers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Joint Venture with AlGhazzawi Group started as a resource provider and became full telecommunication service provider (in 2012) which makes NSN Al-Saudia one of the leading telecom services providers in the Kingdom. At present it is providing services to the leading Telecom service providers in KSA i.e. Zain, Mobily, & STC.
